Storefront analytics
We use PostHog to understand visits and a small set of shopping actions: campaign-film controls, size selection, and checkout starts. We use anonymous browser identifiers and campaign parameters. Session replay and broad click autocapture are disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, shipping addresses, or card details to PostHog.
Checkout + fulfillment
Checkout opens on Fourthwall. Fourthwall and its payment providers process the customer, payment, tax, shipping, and order information needed to complete and fulfill a purchase. Their privacy terms apply within checkout.
Browser storage
PostHog may use an anonymous identifier. We also retain initial campaign parameters for the current browser session so a checkout can be attributed to the correct campaign.
